I switched to Justin after feeling like my first realtor wasn't aggressive enough. Justin was very adamant that he did not want to put me and my family in a house unless we were getting the very best deal. He insisted on looking at things himself and was there at closing to explain everything if we had any questions. I feel we got our house under market value and I don't think that would have happened if I had a different realtor. If you are new to the home buying world, you can feel confident that Justin knows his stuff and he will not let you get into a crappy deal!
